Bias and Cultural Awareness, 8-hours, POST approved

This 8-hour POST approved class will be helpful to understanding prejudices in society and a review of how bias is formed, maintained and changed.

The class will also provide an awareness of the differences in cultures for the first responder.  Information will be provided to help understand these differences and how to avoid misunderstandings to improve communication.

Please note that this class is only for Ottertail County Employees.
