DESCRIPTION:  \nCoaches Class\, 1 full day\, pre-requisite must have completed the MN CIT 40-Hour Certificate class. \nThe 8-Hour Coaches Class is required for anyone wanting to be a Coach for MN CIT.  This class teaches participants the techniques and skills to be able to successfully coach a group of students during the class scenarios. \nAdditionally\, when the student has completed this class\, they are required to do two days of shadowing (8 hours total) with an experienced coach. \nPlease note coaches that are sworn officers will be given priority in scheduling for trainings in which the attendees are also sworn officers. \nPOST members who complete this class will will receive 8 continuing education credits.\n\n**Please use CHROME browser when registering for class.\n  \n
